We were kept informed of the progress. At the handover it was emphasized that there was a lot of information to take in, and there would always be help by phone or visiting the seller.

Great customer service from booking on the phone , then visiting reception to hand the keys in , watching the health check video which is really helpful and then picking up our Mini after all sparkly and clean !

As above ref-car, but I didn't have a waiting slot although my car was taken soon after I arrived. When the car was brought back to the car park no one came to sort things out so i could go. I feel i was ignored and could left alot sooner.
